Every single effort will be rewarded.  You have to set yourself a programme you will follow with dedication. It's like training. I'ts not only the work out and the technic, it's also the diet, resting....It will drastically improve the results I swear.
Block Dht but take the healthy path! Flick trough the pages I wrote, and collect infos!
